Hi there. My name is Rod Warden. I am a Brevard County Native and the third generation of Wardens to call Indialantic home. I was born and raised in Indialantic, FL. I grew up playing and riding around the streets of Indialantic with my childhood friends. As a child I played competitive tennis, surfed, waterskied, fished, and sailed the waters of the Indian River. I attended Indialantic Elementary, Hoover Junior High School, and I graduated from Satellite High School prior to heading to my alma mater, Florida State. Go Noles!! After graduating from college I stayed in Tallahassee and worked for a few years. My career took me south to Jupiter, FL for a few years and due to a merger I was able conduct my business from Indialantic. My wife, who was a childhood friend and also a Brevard native, and I moved into a beachfront home that was built by my grandfather in 1956 and have remained there for nearly 20 years. We have 3 children (one at FSU, one at West Shore, and one at Holy Trinity). I have watched the Space Coast transform and grow into what we have here today. I am very in tune with the pulse of Brevard County. I have a degree in marketing and have spent my career in business settings that are results driven, highly competitive, and customer service driven. I learned early on that without satisfied customers you may as well switch careers. Some people just suit up, show up and go through the motions. I take a different approach. I am highly committed ensuring that my customers have the proper tools and knowledge available to aid in their decisions. Real Estate can be the most expensive purchase that one makes during their lifetime. My clients know that I represent them with honesty and integrity whether they are buying or selling. Furthermore, I am backed by a team that ensures that my clients satisfaction and has built this irrefutable reputation since early 2000.
